How we protect visitors and operators
Every listing, operator and package on Discover Liberia goes through a review process before it reaches you.
✅ Verified Operators
Tour operators are reviewed by LNTA before approval. LNTA reviews operator compliance before profiles and tour packages are made available to visitors.
📦 Package Approval
Packages remain pending until reviewed. This reduces low-quality listings and protects visitors from misleading information about tours and experiences.
🚩 Customer Reports
Customers can report poor service, fraud, misconduct, or safety concerns directly to LNTA admin for review and action.
🤝 Direct Confirmation
The platform does not process payment. Operators confirm availability, pickup, and direct payment arrangements with the customer for full transparency.
